Q) How can I get machines installed in my location?

Q) How do I know your machines and games are legal?
A) We have too much at stake to destroy our reputation and integrity in the markets we operate in. We keep abreast of industry changes regularly and also advise our customers of the same.
Q) How much does it cost to have machines installed in my location?
A) In states we operate our revenue-sharing program in, the cost is zero. The program is free!
Q) If the machine has a problem, who do I call for service?
A) You call us and depending on the problem, we’ll dispatch a company technician to your store within 2 – 4 hours.

Q) When I purchase product how do I pay?
A) We accept all major credit cards. We can also refer you to several 3rd party financing companies to assist you in expanding your business. Contact Sales for details.
Q) How do you ship your product?
A) We use UPS for most of our shipments. At the time of placing your order, please specify which shipping method you would like. All shipping is paid by you. UPS Ground, UPS Red (Next Day), UPS Blue (2nd Day), UPS Orange (3rd Day) or UPS Saturday Delivery (if available). Keep in mind shipping cost can be very expensive. We recommend UPS Ground service for most shipments.
Q) What about Product Warranty?
A) We stand behind the quality of our products and will repair or replace any product that is defective, due to manufacturer’s defect. When contacting technical support with warranty questions, please give them the product serial number so we can confirm date of purchase.
Our warranty periods are as follows:
- Game boards: 6 months warranty from date of purchase.
- Hardware items: 6 - 12 months warranty from date of purchase. Specific items will be confirmed with the Sales team.
Q) What about repairs not under warranty?
A) Any repairs not covered by product warranty, will incur a labor charge @ $50 per hour. We will warranty our repair work for 90 days.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied for any return items; un-opened and not used.
Q) What are the specifications to support your PCB gaming board computers?
A) The Gaming software should run fine on a modern computer and either 36 or 28 pin installation is required.
